The Villa:

Within the prestigious Playa Real community in Playa Blanca this villa sits as one of the most exclusive villas on the complex in what is already a high end location in Playa Blanca. Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms and BBQ area (this property offers everything a family of 2 to 8 would love).

We have also added artificial grass to a number of areas.   This increases the size of the useable areas in the villa making it the perfect place to come and relax.

We have Satellite TV with all UK channels and over 800 other channels including many films (current and old).

A high end Internet service for your needs plus a 55 inch TV in the lounge and a 43 inch TV in the children’s playroom with a ps4, ps3 and 2 with many games on hand.

The four bedrooms are all air conditioned (there is a payment box in the store room).

In the kitchen there is everything you would need including hob, oven, fridges and freezer plus dishwasher and washing machine and of course a much needed large wine cooler..

Villa Exterior:

Outside we have a beautiful swimming pool that is constantly heated to 29 degrees.   The hot tub has jets plus coloured fountains.

There is a dining area outside (to seat 8) and eight new sun-loungers plus rattan furniture depending on how you wish to relax.

The property has uninterrupted views across the ocean and from the house you can see Fuerteventura.

As you exit the property a three min walk within the gated community leads you to a community private gate that gives access to the beach and ocean with excess rock pools for catching fish and crabs.

There is a new BBQ area with outside fridge for beers and drinks at the villa if you wish to cook food outside and a petanque/boules area if you wish to play….

The property is very secure with not only a fully functioning managed alarm service which is also linked to the police, fire department and ambulance services but also the ability to press an emergency alarm if you have issues. There is also a safe in the property.

We also give you a welcome pack to to help you begin your holiday.

The pool team will come twice a week to maintain both the pool and hot tub so as to enhance your stay.
